Your diet and training should be easy.

*Shock horror*

It shouldn’t be about "grinding every day"...

Or a "go hard or go home" mindset.

And it certainly isn’t about magic supplements or fad methods that supposedly do the job for you.

The truth is, you have limited amounts of:

* Will power
* Energy
* Focus
* Discipline
* Giving a f*ck

And all of these things need to be used for life in general, not just for your fitness goals.

They can very easily run out if you overspend any of them.

We’ve all got work, family, and other responsibilities that have to be taken care of.

So wouldn’t you rather use as little of these things as possible on your diet?

From my experience as a coach, the answer is "yes" (mostly).

This is why my coaching approach is based on fitting the plan to your lifestyle

And not "making sacrifices" to look a bit hardcore.

There won’t be any 4am workouts like The Rock...

Or 6 bland meals a day and hours of cardio which let’s be honest, most people can’t do.

Our goal is to make it so you change as little as you need to about your current lifestyle but still nail your results.

Everything should just fit like a glove.

There won’t be any instances of:

"I don’t have time"...

"I’m constantly hungry and craving biscuits"...

"I always go off track at the weekend"...

"I can’t be arsed with meal prep after work"...

Our coaching is simple, we give you the tools and the principles that create outstanding results…

So, if you do find yourself suffering to get results...

Assuming you're even getting results right now?

Then you need to take a step back and ask yourself "Is this the most efficient way to do things?"

"Could I be making this WAY easier and way more fun?"

Throw back to last weekend. Our last game of the season, 2nd cup final of the season drawing 4-4.
4-2 down with 10 mins left,winning the game on penalties.
1st season in vets football,Treble winners… 2 cups and the leauge title and promotion.

I wouldn’t of wanted to do it with any other team.
Team mates are unreal to be around,unreal to play with. thank you for an amazing season,bring on next season,can not wait to win more trophies with you all.

As we get closer to summer most are trying to get the abs in shape for the beach,holidays etc.
take these factors in to consideration guys.

1. TRAINING
When it comes to training the abs, many people resort to do an endless amount of crunches or sit ups and calling it a day.
While performing countless reps of crunches isn’t easy and lets be honest, it can be quite boring to do, it is NOT the most efficient way to train your abs in order to get those bad boys poppin'!       Your abdominals are a muscle just like any other muscle in your body, like your biceps, your triceps, quadriceps, etc.                                 

2. NUTRITION
How many of you have heard the saying, abs are made in the kitchen?!
Well that saying speaks 100% the truth!
Consuming an optimal diet consisting of the right amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fat for YOUR body and lifestyle is key!
Eating nutritious foods, avoiding processed foods and drinking plenty of water is a great way to start!

3. GENETICS
Lastly, the point that is not in our control but can play a role in how much your abs show is our genetics!
We all have different areas on the body where our body prefers to carry most of our fat. For ladies, a common area is in the glutes and hips area. For males, a common area is in the stomach. However, we all have different underlying shapes of our abs and they way they look on our body is dictated by our genetics.

If you haven’t already get yourself a ab roller. Great to pack away with u on holiday and great builder for the abdominal area.

There are two main reasons you’re not building muscle…

And it’s not because you aren’t doing enough sets, reps, or workouts…

Or because you aren’t drinking enough protein shakes…

Instead, it’s the 22 hours in the day where you’re screwing up…

The 22 hours you aren’t in the gym.

(You actually break down muscle tissue in the gym FYI.)

So you need to start looking outside of your workouts and at two major factors in your post workout recovery:

1. Sleep. Are you getting 7-8 hours a night and 3 hours of deep/REM sleep on a regular basis?

If not, then you’re going to struggle to recover and grown muscle, simple as that.

2. Pre and post-workout nutrition. How you fuel yourself before and aftert workouts dictates gym performance and imiediate recovery.

Our Metabolic Priming Method is set up to extract the most out of every training session.

Of course there’s a bunch more other small factors that all contribute, like the quality of your food or using the right supplements (90% of supplements are BS btw)...

But focus on those two points and you’ll start seeing yourself progress far quicker.

I’m a massive fan of practice what you preach.
How do you motivate others when you can’t motivate yourself right.

1st pic is lockdown at my worst. This is after I had covid and had to isolate.

I took this picture knowing I’m gona better this body,knowing the hard work it’s gona take to get to where I want to.

2nd pic is my body now and I’m still no way near where I want to be.
Was it hard.. ✅
Is it rewarding ✅
Can you do it ✅

Set yourself ridiculous goals and get as close to them as possible.

Train hard + Eat well + dedication and patience = a better body than you have now.

So do me a favour, take a picture of your body now.. Dm me ‘I’m ready’ and let’s get started on the body you think you can’t get but I’m so confident I can get for you.

Quick question for you…

How much would it be worth to you to avoid going on holiday, still feeling embarrassed about your physique?

To avoid stressing about people negatively judging you on the beach or by the pool?

And to instead feel confident going shirtless because you have the washboard abs of a cover model.
