My lovely baby having an amazing day! I was at work while this happened! Soon I will get to spend more time with him and this makes me super excited to see him grow! π

As much as I try to gain weight, it's hard to go against the grain with all this running, lifting, calisthenics and work to top it off.
Add being a Dad to all of that and you got yourself a very tired person π joking of course, all of it is self inflicted.

My work days in a nutshell, 5 days a week βοΈπ I feel like I look better in the evening and still have tons of energy! Doing double runs has made my running efficiency soooo good, I have lower heart rate and that takes running "easy" to a whole new level, sometimes you feel like you just glide, those kilometres just blur and time flies....
Here comes a new day... happy running everyone! π

Naps at work have really been a life saver recently, 30-45 minutes will just get me my energy back and give me the recovery I need to last through the day and complete my absurd mileage/training π
Do you nap? And if yes, how long? If I can I like to take 90 minutes.

2 different people, running to work and running from work! π Had a very tough day today, it's draining to be pulled around so much at work, but being high performance is what I want to be, I can't really afford to complain! π
I have ways to deal with my everyday training load, stretching, meditation, bath with salts.
What are your ways to recover?

When things get hard, look back on all the effort you put in before and focus on the consistency.
It's been 6 weeks since I started running to work and back, over 100km a week plus strength training and stretching for atleast 30 minutes a day. This routine has allowed me to feel amazing when I am off training, hard work gives back tenfold, you just have to be patient!
Targets for this month:
105kg bench - β
160kg deadlift - β
100kg squat -β

I took this spider picture with my phone, I think it's super cool that phones have such advanced cameras these days! When I was a teenager I had always wanted a professional camera, which is what I have in my pocket right now.... Almost a professional camera ππ€£
