This hugely popular class is still every much as challenging as the standard series, yet calming and healing. The final savasana is performed to calming music as you gently melt away. It’s a relaxing, energising way to elevate your evening and get you more than ready for the week ahead.

While not required, you may first want to try a few of our standard Bikram Yoga classes so you can get used to the sequence, as it may be more challenging to see and copy other yogis in the ambient lit environment of the Candlelit class. Book your classes in advance, because these are very popular.

A little introduction to our BYL Teacher, Lewis McCaffrey.
Lewis took his first Bikram yoga class with his Mum in 2017 and has been practicing with her ever since. Currently, he is learning the advanced Bikram sequence with BYL’s Almania Columbo.
In 2020, he took the month-long intensive 200-hour Fierce Grace teacher training in London with the founder Michele Pernetta.
In January 2022, he completed the Inferno Hot Pilates training hosted by Bikram Yoga Canary Wharf and has been teaching that ever since.
Lewis's Infreno Hot Pilates classes are hot and hard but most importantly, fun! It guarantees a great workout. And if you are looking to relax deeply and spend quality time with yourself, his Yin class will be perfect for you. He focuses on developing flexibility and cultivating inner peace.
