Club statement AFC Wimbledon is sending out an urgent appeal for witnesses after an object was thrown on the pitch during tonight’s match against Cheltenham.
South Western Railway have engineering works tomorrow between Surbiton and Clapham Junction. There are replacement bus services, but these are much slower. Add at least an hour to the journey time on your way to St Pancras if travelling by train. One alternative route would normally be Thameslink, but that is not running either. Recommended alternative routes are the District Line from Wimbledon or the Northern Line from South Wimbledon, then changing to the Victoria Line.
On the road there are roadworks near the junction of the M40 and M42 with slow running expected on the M42 past the NEC.
