It’s a slow process, but those small changes make the biggest difference overall.
So we keep grinding, building and chipping away!

WEIGHT GAIN/LOSS 🎀
Weight loss or weight gain isn’t always due to over or under eating!
Sometimes it’s the “MIND” that needs the TLC❤️
You may be gaining or loosing weight due to a number of things:
1. Under-eating has affects on both weight gain and loss.
2. Somebodies son stressing you out
3. A job that’s stressful or isn’t exactly your passion.
4. Poor sleep
5. Mourning a loved one
Stress affects the digestive system, often slowing it down, causing bloating, pain and constipation.
In others it speeds it up, causing 💩 and many many trips to the loo. Some people lose their appetite completely.
So take a step back, and look at your well-being as a whole.
