Kim’s been on plan one week, and the hard work is showing already!

It’s a slow process, but those small changes make the biggest difference overall.

So we keep grinding, building and chipping away!

WEIGHT GAIN/LOSS 🎀

Weight loss or weight gain isn’t always due to over or under eating!

Sometimes it’s the “MIND” that needs the TLC❤️

You may be gaining or loosing weight due to a number of things:

1. Under-eating has affects on both weight gain and loss.
2. Somebodies son stressing you out
3. A job that’s stressful or isn’t exactly your passion.
4. Poor sleep
5. Mourning a loved one

Stress affects the digestive system, often slowing it down, causing bloating, pain and constipation.

In others it speeds it up, causing 💩 and many many trips to the loo. Some people lose their appetite completely.

So take a step back, and look at your well-being as a whole.

PROGRESSION not perfection ✨

Last set of 12 reps. Would have liked to get a bit deeper. We’ll get there 💪🏽

A lot of people tell me that they are scared to start going to the gym. Due to the fear of doing exercises wrong.

Don’t block your GAINS! Because of what someone else thinks.

Learn and progress like most have. Hire a PT or do your research. Plus there are so many people in gyms who are willing to help.

Yes you may be doing an exercise wrong, but was you doing any exercise beforehand!? We’re you challenging yourself!?

Definitely a positive if you have decided to be more active, or try a new type of training.

Keep your body guessing, push your comfort zones.

At the end of the day, practice makes perfect.
