Spring vibes + Pregnancy Yoga = pure magic today!

The sun was beaming, the breeze was gently drifting over us, and we focused on strong shoulders and happy lower backs.One mama mentioned plantar fasciitis (ouch!), so we added some feel-good stretches just for her.We ended with a deeply relaxing session, preparing the body and mind for birth, grounding ourselves through breathwork—and yes, the cosy blankets and pillows made an appearance too!If you’re curious about joining us or want to learn more, send a DM or email me at [email protected]

🤝 And most excitingly… a new collaboration with the amazing Cecile

Watching Cecile lead her first Yoga Flow session for E14YogaCoach yesterday evening was pure magic. By the end of class, there were smiles all around—and before the night was over, bookings were flying in for Friday’s session!

Some of us are lucky enough to work every day doing what we love.

But when you find someone to teach, learn from and grow with? That’s something truly special.
