Online Transformation Coach

Unpopular opinion… 👇

Online coaching will never replace great personal training.

Yeah, online coaching is convenient. You get a plan, check-ins, and accountability.

But here’s the truth…

A workout on paper doesn’t build a physique.

Intensity does.
Technique does.
Being pushed beyond what you thought you were capable of does.

And let’s be honest… most people don’t actually know how to train properly.

So just giving someone a plan isn’t always enough—especially if you can’t monitor their form, ex*****on, and effort in real time.

You can’t feel someone’s effort through a screen.

You can’t instantly correct their technique.

You can’t spot the rep they would’ve quit on if nobody was there.

Nutrition is essential. Cardio has its place. But if the training isn’t executed properly, you’ll never maximise your results.

That’s why I believe the best coaches understand both worlds.

A coach who’s spent years on the gym floor knows how to coach movement, intensity, confidence, and mindset before taking those skills online. That’s what allows them to deliver a better online coaching service.

The problem is, too many people skip that foundation. They go straight into online coaching without ever developing the coaching skills that come from working with people face-to-face.

I’m not against online coaching—I offer and believe in both.

But if your goal is the best possible results, nothing beats having a coach who’s mastered both.

If you had to choose, would you rather have a coach training beside you every session, or is online coaching enough for you? Tell me why in the comments. 👇

Nobody told me that hitting your 30s meant your gut would start acting up too 😅

Bloating after meals. Feeling sluggish. Inflammation you can’t explain.

That’s where Slippery Elm comes in 👇

It coats and soothes the gut lining, helps with acid reflux, reduces bloating, and supports healthy digestion from the inside out.

And here’s the thing — in your 30s, your body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to. The food you’re eating, the stress you’re carrying, the sleep you’re losing… it all shows up in your gut first.

Start taking this seriously NOW, not when it becomes a problem.

💬 Drop “GUT” in the comments and I’ll send you my free Gut Health Guide — everything you need to know about healing your gut and feeling like yourself again.
