Morning all not posted for a while as with work, attending events and working on my upcoming drag show.

Unfortunately there's been a fire at Riverhills so for the foreseeable I won't be teaching my aqua aerobics untill they can reopen the pool area.

I'm glad that no one was in the building and everyone is safe and look forward to returning to classes when I can.

Celebrating and treating myself after covering aqua aerobics tonight and being told I've made several peoples day and it's one of the best classes they've been too and had fun 🥰

Consistency:

Once you get into a routine the next thing is consistency now this doesn't have to be rigid, you don't have to workout at the same time and same way every day/time you workout

Just keeping up with the routine you've set yourself on is being consistent whether you work out at 6am, 12pm or 6pm

Consistent training will bring you closer to your goals

Routine:

Getting into a routine is one of the hardest parts of exercising so try and keep it as simplistic as possible and work around the obstacles as best you can and once you build that routine again it becomes habit and habits are hard to break 💪

Feeling good getting back into regular training,
making the most of it whilst I work my months notice

Some big changes are ahead with a change of job and change of career but I'm ready for a change and the challenge

Very busy day today last of my cover aqua aerobics at Riverhills this morning got some beautiful feedback like asking me if I'm a dancer which I do regret not having the confidence to pursue when I was younger far too old now

But I do really enjoy my job and I feel very accomplished in all the Aqua aerobics classes I've ever taught I've never had bad feedback

Covered aqua aerobics for River Hills this morning and the group were really appreciative and praiseful of my style of teaching

I cant beleive I've been teaching aqua aerobics at various centers for the last 8 years! And a year at Stowmarket!

Another cover class to take at Riverhills tommorow potentially leading to more work after being talent spotted in Stowmarket 🥰
