First long phase of the off season all wrapped up✅

9 months straight in this gaining phase. No missing this time round.

Going to drop some body fat, freshen things up and assess the physique a little before going back into a surplus for the remainder of the year.

Lils still killing it, training 4 times a week and running a few times as well (could never be me🏃♂️)

Serious work from
Started working together first week of Jan with the goal of getting the body lean enough to set up for a gaining phase.

Brad had plenty of social occasions in this time, but he managed them extremely well and has done everything I’ve asked him to around that. You don’t have to live like a robot to get results but this is a great example of what you can achieve if you’re prepared to put the graft in

Calories are now increased and a big focus on gaining some size is what’s ahead 🤌🏼

12 weeks of fat loss successfully wrapped up for Dean.

12kg pulled off in this timeframe, with a holiday in between, hence the tan🤣

Dean naturally carries a lot of muscle but had no structure around training and nutrition, so implementing routine into his life made this an extremely straight forward cut.

With prep kicking off in less than 2 weeks it was great to have divs down for an in person check in and a lower session.

Shooting for the shows later in the season this time round and the start point couldn’t be better. More muscle in the right areas for bikini, bodyweight much lighter than the start of our first prep in 2024 and just a overall better attitude and understanding towards prep

Fat loss phase executed very well from Ben, aim was to always get the body lean, to set up for a long term gaining phase. That’s exactly what we’re about to start doing.

I’m sure he’ll be the first to admit, doesn’t love being in a deficit, but with plenty more calories on the way I’m sure he’s going to love training again 😅

Back in a very good groove with training. I’m a routine man and December certainly lacked that. Had a fantastic time celebrating but it’s so good to be back to normality.

Throwback to 1 week out from the 25 season kicking off. Absolutely do not look like this right now and won’t be for some time😂

Dedicating this whole year to growing, got a lot happening in life right now and whilst the want to compete is definitely still there, I know what’s required to be even better for next time.

PT and Coaching is in the best place it’s ever been and I’m looking forward to continue levelling that up this year. The boys and girls are killing it 🫶

14 weeks of fat loss. Just over 10kg pulled off whilst retaining all muscle tissue. First 2-3 weeks were really about setting the foundations and then we pushed hard for the remaining 10-11weeks.

Big shoutout to he’s handled this like it was easy. No complaining or asking for cheat meals, just did what he needed to do and the look speaks for itself. Time to get some size on 🤘
