We provide fun, interactive sports/dance & creative activity sessions for care & nursing homes, assisted living & private homes across SE & London.
Our professional coaches promote wellbeing, social interaction, lots of laughter and active living for all. The activities we carry out at care/nursing homes include tennis, football, basketball/netball, golf, cricket, magnetic darts using special lightweight equipment with soft balls. We find the activities help the residents with mental health, their wellbeing as well as keeping them active and on the move.

What type of experience do you have. LTA level 3 tennis coached trained. I am a highly trained coach and worked as a coach for many years.
