Sometimes I just take time to practice my depth with lighter weight.
Get all the muscles fired, add a pause at the bottom and get comfortable driving out the hole making sure every muscle is doing what it’s supposed to do.
Take time to work on your mobility. Identify your weaknesses and work on them✅.

Impressive client transformation 🏆

Using a variety of back exercises and volume as well as strict lifting techniques, he managed to address the problem and achieved a leaner and even back.

First part of the previous transformation that I posted yesterday.
This was a 5 month transformation at home. Body weight exercise plus resistance bands did the job.
A good routine, strict technique and good nutrition will get you results wherever you do your workouts.
It was a challenging journey but it was all worth it.💪🏾
