Pinner Rugby Club, a cornerstone of the Hatch End community in Harrow for over 70 years is in imminent risk of closure due to the lack of field maintenance of the playing fields by Harrow council.

Last year Pinner RFC had to spend £6000 from its own very small budget to ensure the pitches were safe & playable for the season. We asked Harrow council to deduct this sum from the pitch rental fees for last season, however they have so far refused to do this. They now won’t hire the pitches to us for the forthcoming season until last season’s outstanding rent is paid in full.

Please sign this petition to demand action from Harrow Council and save our beloved club from closure. Your support can make a difference—together we can keep the spirit of rugby alive at Pinner Rugby Club.

A huge good luck to our U16 rugby team as they begin their GCSE journey this week.

You’ve tackled tough opponents, trained in all conditions, and never stopped pushing yourselves — now it’s time to bring that same attitude into the exam hall.

Remember: effort earns results. Stay calm, stay confident, and give it everything you’ve got.
