Our primary focus is the People within our community, and how good Health and Wellbeing can be brought to them rather than them having to search for it. We work to educate your mind and body by way of providing varied effective community based pay & play Group fitness classes across sites and public Service halls. We aim to create classes for all ages, which are friendly, welcoming and affordable and believe fitness and Health should be one of life’s top Priorities for everyone, regardless of age. It is important that everyone understands how best to look after and educate themselves, to be able to face challenges and lead a healthier lifestyle, free of medication and preventing illnesses/injury. Our extended services provide one to one goal specific personal training. We aim to promote recovery and exercise through corrective exercise as well as give advice where needed for a healthier lifestyle through diet, Exercise and relaxation.
