✨ My heart is so full. 🫶

A few weeks back was Teachers’ Day, and I’ve been carrying the warmth of these messages ever since.💛

I never really set out with the purpose of “being a teacher.” Yoga began as my way of finding calm in the middle of life’s chaos. Over time, the practice shaped me.. and somehow, teaching found me.

What I’ve come to realise is this: Purpose isn’t something we chase. It shows up quietly, in the small ripples we create without even noticing.

I particularly love this quote that sums it up so beautifully: 🪷Your purpose is not the thing you do. It is the thing that happens in others when you do what you do.🪷

Being a yoga teacher is never really about us - it’s about what emerges in others when the practice is shared with sincerity.

🦋 Each posture held with awareness, each breath taken with ease, every quiet moment on the mat sends a ripple into their practice, their day, their lives. And in witnessing that, I find my own purpose reflected back. 🙌

Thank you, my , for trusting this practice, for showing up for yourselves, and for taking the journey inward. That is the real teaching. I simply hold the space - You make it meaningful.

Keep practising 💛
