👇How I kick start my day to set my self up with a Positive Tone and Unstoppable Energy 🚀🏆
🎯 Its Yoga in the morning and a light stretch for me in the morning, for you it could be a brisk walk or a quick workout 💪
🎯 I drink lots of water and a cup of black coffee. It helps with fuelling the body, improves digestion and boost mental clarity.
🎯 My appetite in the morning is poor so I keep it simple with some fruits. If you have the appetite you can focus on building a strong foundation with some good source of protein, like eggs, salmon, protein shake, fruits and someone whole grain to keep those energy levels soaring 🚀
These daily habits works for me and may not necessarily work for you as we are all different in our own unique ways.
Finding YOUR daily habits and making it part of your routine will set the stage for a better and newer Unstoppable version of yourself

Workouts:
1️⃣ Power springs: 2sets of 20-30secs
2️⃣ Jumping jacks: 2sets of 20-30secs
3️⃣ Mountain climbers: 2sets of 20-30secs
4️⃣ Body weight squats: 3sets of 30reps
5️⃣ Split squats: 3sets of 15reps
6️⃣ Tricep dips: 3sets of 15reps
7️⃣ Press ups: 3sets of 12-15reps
8️⃣ Stretch.
