Teaching is one of the most rewarding jobs out there but it’s also exhausting, stressful, and extremely draining sometimes.

You’re on your feet all day, juggling a million things, and by the time you get home, the last thing you want to do is think about your own health.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in that cycle of guilt
Skipping workouts, eating on the go, feeling too tired to care.

You’re NOT alone.

It’s not because you lack discipline or motivation. It’s because teaching demands so much from you.

But it doesn’t have to be like that.

Small, realistic changes can make a huge difference.

You can feel stronger, less stressed, and more confident even with your busy schedule.

If you’re ready to start making those changes, DM me READY and let’s get you feeling like yourself again. No extremes, no guilt, just the results you want!

You’d never expect your students to ace an exam without practice or revision… but so many of us expect instant progress with fat loss, especially around our stomach.

For the longest time, I thought if I just ate “perfectly” for a week, or smashed every workout, my body would instantly change.

When it didn’t, I felt frustrated and gave up.

But just like teaching, results don’t come overnight.

They come from consistent practice:

Making mostly balanced food choices (without cutting everything out)

Moving daily in ways that fit around me.

Staying patient, even when progress felt slow.

The shift for me was realising that fat loss isn’t about doing more, faster.

it’s about doing the basics, longer.

Teachers, if you’re stuck in the cycle of “start strong, give up by Friday,” maybe it’s not your food or your workouts holding you back… it’s your mindset.

“I’ll start next week.”

Sound familiar?

That used to be me, over and over again.

Back when I was teaching full-time, I was constantly waiting for a time when I’d be less busy, less stressed, more motivated…

But that time never came.

I’d start the week with good intentions.
Make it to Friday.
Then fall off track and tell myself,
“It’s fine. I’ll get back to it again on Monday.”
And repeat.

Again and again.

A never-ending cycle of starting over and feeling frustrated with myself.

What finally changed?

I stopped waiting for the perfect time and started making the most of the time I had.

Even if it was messy. Even if it wasn’t perfect.

When I focused on small, doable actions, the kind I could stick to even on a bad week, that’s when real change started to happen.

If this cycle feels way too familiar to you too, just know:
You don’t need to wait until you’re less busy.

You just need a way to start that actually fits your life.

DM me “START” and I’ll send you a few practical steps to break the cycle. No pressure, just support

I wouldn’t dream of walking into a classroom without a lesson plan.

So why did I keep trying to approach my health that way?

For years, I told myself I’d “just figure it out.”

I’d fit workouts in when I had time, eat healthy when I felt motivated, and get back on track once life calmed down.
(Which, as you know… never really happens when you’re a teacher.)

But the truth is, without a plan, I was winging it.

And just like a chaotic lesson without structure, my progress felt all over the place.

Once I started planning my week like I planned my teaching with simple meals, quick workouts, time blocked for movement.

Everything changed.

It didn’t have to be perfect. Just intentional.

So if you’re a teacher who thrives on structure in the classroom but struggles with consistency outside of it, this is your reminder:
You don’t need a complicated system.

You just need a simple plan, one that actually fits your schedule.

Want help creating one? DM me PLAN and I’ll send you my favourite low-stress way to start.

20 weeks pregnant 🤍

I’m so incredibly grateful to be here especially after hoping, trying, and waiting for this for a while.

But I also want to be honest about something I didn’t expect to find so hard…

Watching my body change so fast, and not fully recognising it.

Just 8 months ago, I did a photo shoot, I was in the best shape I’ve ever been in, and managed to maintain that right up until I got pregnant. I felt strong, confident, and fully in control of my routine.

Now?

Some days I’m bloated, exhausted, and none of my clothes fit the same.

And as happy as I am, I’m also struggling with seeing my body look and feel so different.
It’s weird to feel joy and discomfort at the same time.

This post isn’t for sympathy.
It’s just to say: you can be deeply grateful for your pregnancy and still find it hard watching your body change.
Both can exist. And both are okay.

The way I take care of myself is shifting and if you’re navigating that too, you’re not alone 💕

What a fab weekend in London and getting to go to Wimbledon, such an amazing experience!

Getting to see Djokovic play was a pinch me moment!

Is the gym the last place you want to be at the end of a long teaching day?

It’s not that you’re lazy. You’re exhausted.

By 4pm, your brain’s fried, your feet hurt, and the idea of squeezing in a workout feels like a joke.

But here’s the shift:
You don’t need hour-long sessions.
You don’t need perfect days.
You just need a plan that respects your reality — not fights it.

And that’s exactly what I coach.

If you’re a teacher who wants to feel more in control of your body again — without overhauling your life, DM me “ENERGY”.

Let’s build a plan that actually works
