This is not a 10 or 12 weeks body transformation.
This is my mindset transformation.
My lifestyle was shameful, and a reflection of how I felt about myself.
Going out every weekend and drinking.
I was stuck in a cycle of emotional eating.
I didn't take care of my appearance, I blamed my genetics.
When I stopped lying to myself and taking responsibility of my choices, it was when everything started to change.
I didnโt have any knowledge about fitness nutrition or what to do, but I wanted and I did it.
Now sometimes I get the comment that I have a โgood geneticโ and honestly this make me laugh.
โGood geneticsโ donโt get you up at 4am to work your ass off.
They donโt meal prep for you, help you consistently consume nutrient dense foods, or force you to sleep 7-8 hours every night.
I didnโt win the genetic lottery...dedication, consistency, and drive got me to where I am today. I created this change.
I just wanted it. And made it happen.

I took this picture 5 years ago.
It was a carnival in canary, getting ready to work, I needed it to dress up.
I was living one of the hardest moment of my life, sad, depressed, no self confidenceโฆ
I decided to dress up of something I wanted to be.
I wanted to be a strong woman.
And itโs what I am since then.
โHe stripped away my self-worth, layer by layer until there was nothing left of my personality.
Yet I never forgot about the girl I used to be. She lived inside, my caged soul, waiting for the day I would set her free. Casting her light into my dark mind, hoping that I would see, flashes of a better life, glimpses of possibility. I was never alone because she believed in me.โ
Thank you for making me who I am today.

-TEMPO, TRY SLOWING DOWN THE SPEED OF YOUR REPS
-INTENSIFIERS, ADD SOME HEAT TO THE LAST SET OF EVERY EXERCISE, APPLYING PAUSES, DROP SETS, ISOMETRICS HOLDS ETC
