Today I would like to share my wonderful learning from Nutrition Body FX course that I am completing with
Vitamins and minerals are considered essential nutrients—because acting in concert, they perform hundreds of roles in the body.
They help shore upbones, heal wounds, and bolster your immune system. They also convert food into energy, and repair cellular damage.
Why are they important?
A: Read the food ingredients. No, seriously. Read them! Know what you are putting into your body!
