2nd FREE MASTERCLASS TODAY! GOING LIVE IN 60mins!

Yesterday in the Strong Bones Masterclass, we touched on HRT and bone health.

One of the biggest lessons from over 20 years of studying bone health is this:

Health is rarely as simple as it seems.

Many people assume that after menopause, estrogen is always low.

Yet some women continue to experience symptoms associated with higher estrogen levels long after menopause.

Why?

Because hormones don't operate in isolation.

Stress, gut health, liver function, genetics, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle all influence the bigger picture.

This is exactly why a personalised approach matters.

If you've been told that bone loss is simply a calcium deficiency or an inevitable part of ageing, you're only seeing part of the story.

Tonight, in Day 2 of the Strong Bones Masterclass, we'll explore some of the hidden factors that can affect bone health and healthy ageing—often long before they show up on a bone density scan.

Because understanding what is driving the problem is often more important than chasing the latest supplement.

Registration remains open and replays are available to those who register.

At 52, there is something I understand now that I wish more people were told earlier.

Healthy aging is not about perfection.

It is not about constantly chasing the next supplement, the next trend or the next health hack.

For years, I thought the answer was hidden in doing more.

But after living with osteoporosis for nearly 20 years, studying nutrition, and helping hundreds of people navigate their own health journeys, I've come to a different conclusion.

What matters most is clarity.

Understanding what truly moves the needle.
Understanding your body.
And focusing on the foundations that support long-term health.

That philosophy is at the heart of everything I teach.

Including my free 3-Day Strong Bones Masterclass starting Tuesday.

🥛 Is milk really the bone-health hero it’s often made out to be?

The answer is more nuanced than a simple yes or no.

Some people thrive on dairy and benefit from including it in their diet. Others may experience symptoms such as congestion, digestive discomfort, fatigue, or inflammation that make it a less suitable choice.

The bigger question is not whether milk is "good" or "bad"—it's whether it's right for you.

Strong bones are built through the interaction of nutrition, hormones, metabolism, movement, recovery, stress resilience, and genetics. Dairy may be one piece of the puzzle, but it's rarely the whole picture.

This is exactly why I created the 3-Day Strong Bones Masterclass—to help you move beyond conflicting advice and understand how to prioritise and personalise your approach to bone health.

Because health is not about absolutes. It's about clarity, context, and understanding what your body needs.

👇 Have you ever questioned milk's role in your diet?

If you've ever felt confused about bone health, you're not alone.

Most people have been given disconnected advice:

Take calcium.
Walk more.
Lift weights.
Take this supplement.
Avoid that food.

But nobody explains how those pieces fit together.

The truth is that your bones don't exist in isolation.

They respond to your metabolism.
Your hormones.
Your stress levels.
Your recovery.
Your nutrition.
Your lifestyle.

That is why so many people feel overwhelmed despite trying so hard to do the right thing.

You do not need perfect habits to start improving things.

You need clarity.
Structure.
And a realistic plan you can actually follow.

That is exactly why I created my free 3-Day Strong Bones Masterclass. You can attend any day

One of the biggest misconceptions in bone health is the belief that there is a single "right" answer for everyone.

Avoid dairy.
Avoid oxalates.
Take calcium.
Take collagen.
Do more impact exercise.
Do 100 jumps a day.

But what if the answer is: it depends?

Over nearly two decades of living with osteoporosis, studying the science, and supporting hundreds of people, I've learned that bone health is rarely about following rigid rules.

It is about understanding context.

A woman with low protein intake, poor digestion, chronic stress, low muscle mass and disturbed sleep may need a very different starting point from someone whose primary challenges are inflammation, menopause, medication use, genetics or under-fuelling.

This is why I believe the future of health care is personalised.

Not personalised in the sense of complexity for complexity's sake, but in helping people understand:

• What matters most for them right now
• What should be prioritised first
• What is likely to have the greatest impact
• What can realistically be implemented and sustained

Information alone rarely creates change.

Clarity does.

Prioritisation does.

A personalised plan does.

This philosophy has been at the heart of my private programmes for years, and for the first time, I am bringing these principles into a free group setting through my 3-Day Strong Bones Masterclass.

My goal is not to give you another list of rules.

My goal is to help you think differently about bone health and begin building an approach that is both evidence-informed and relevant to your unique circumstances.

Most people are focusing on the wrong things for bone health.
Calcium, Vitamin D3 and K2 are just not enough...

Bone is living tissue.

It needs the right building blocks, the right stimulus, and the right environment to continually repair and renew itself.

If I had to simplify bone health into four foundations, I would start here:

• Protein
• Muscle and impact
• Sleep and stress management
• Eating enough to support recovery

Simple doesn't mean unimportant.

In fact, these are some of the most overlooked factors I see in people struggling with bone loss, poor recovery and healthy aging.

Before worrying about the latest supplement or trend, make sure the foundations are in place.

Years ago, after an osteoporosis diagnosis and a frightening bone cancer scare, I realised how differently two people can experience the same condition.

The deeper I looked into bone health, the more I understood this:

There is no single “osteoporosis diet” or one perfect supplement that works for everyone.

For some women, the biggest drivers are stress and poor sleep.
For others, hormones, inflammation, low protein intake, gut health, under-fuelling, or genetics may play a much bigger role.

That is why random tips and fragmented advice often fail.

Real change starts when you understand *your* body and create a plan that actually fits your needs, lifestyle, and physiology.

This is exactly why I created my Strong Bones Masterclass.

Not to overwhelm women with more information…
but to help YOU finally make sense of what YOUR body may actually need.

One of the biggest misconceptions around healthy aging is that you need to become completely obsessed with health to make meaningful changes.

Perfect routines.
Perfect nutrition.
Perfect habits.
Constant optimisation.

But most women are already overwhelmed enough.

The women I created this workshop for are tired of conflicting advice and feeling like they are constantly “behind” with their health.

You do not need to do everything perfectly to support your bones, metabolism and long-term health.

You need clarity.
Consistency.
And a realistic plan that works for your life and body.

That is exactly what I’ll be teaching inside my free Strong Bones Masterclass

Most women think they need perfect habits to improve their bone health.

Perfect nutrition.
Perfect exercise.
Perfect routines.

But the truth is…

What keeps many women stuck is not lack of effort.

It is overwhelm.

Trying to change everything at once.
Consuming endless conflicting advice.
Feeling like one “bad” week means failure.

Bone health is not built through perfection.

It is built through consistency around the things that matter most.

That is exactly why I created this free Strong Bones Masterclass.

To help women stop feeling confused…
and start understanding how to support their body in a more practical, realistic and sustainable way.
