2nd FREE MASTERCLASS TODAY! GOING LIVE IN 60mins!
Yesterday in the Strong Bones Masterclass, we touched on HRT and bone health.
One of the biggest lessons from over 20 years of studying bone health is this:
Health is rarely as simple as it seems.
Many people assume that after menopause, estrogen is always low.
Yet some women continue to experience symptoms associated with higher estrogen levels long after menopause.
Why?
Because hormones don't operate in isolation.
Stress, gut health, liver function, genetics, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle all influence the bigger picture.
This is exactly why a personalised approach matters.
If you've been told that bone loss is simply a calcium deficiency or an inevitable part of ageing, you're only seeing part of the story.
Tonight, in Day 2 of the Strong Bones Masterclass, we'll explore some of the hidden factors that can affect bone health and healthy ageing—often long before they show up on a bone density scan.
Because understanding what is driving the problem is often more important than chasing the latest supplement.
Registration remains open and replays are available to those who register.

🥛 Is milk really the bone-health hero it’s often made out to be?
The answer is more nuanced than a simple yes or no.
Some people thrive on dairy and benefit from including it in their diet. Others may experience symptoms such as congestion, digestive discomfort, fatigue, or inflammation that make it a less suitable choice.
The bigger question is not whether milk is "good" or "bad"—it's whether it's right for you.
Strong bones are built through the interaction of nutrition, hormones, metabolism, movement, recovery, stress resilience, and genetics. Dairy may be one piece of the puzzle, but it's rarely the whole picture.
This is exactly why I created the 3-Day Strong Bones Masterclass—to help you move beyond conflicting advice and understand how to prioritise and personalise your approach to bone health.
Because health is not about absolutes. It's about clarity, context, and understanding what your body needs.
👇 Have you ever questioned milk's role in your diet?

One of the biggest misconceptions in bone health is the belief that there is a single "right" answer for everyone.
Avoid dairy.
Avoid oxalates.
Take calcium.
Take collagen.
Do more impact exercise.
Do 100 jumps a day.
But what if the answer is: it depends?
Over nearly two decades of living with osteoporosis, studying the science, and supporting hundreds of people, I've learned that bone health is rarely about following rigid rules.
It is about understanding context.
A woman with low protein intake, poor digestion, chronic stress, low muscle mass and disturbed sleep may need a very different starting point from someone whose primary challenges are inflammation, menopause, medication use, genetics or under-fuelling.
This is why I believe the future of health care is personalised.
Not personalised in the sense of complexity for complexity's sake, but in helping people understand:
• What matters most for them right now
• What should be prioritised first
• What is likely to have the greatest impact
• What can realistically be implemented and sustained
Information alone rarely creates change.
Clarity does.
Prioritisation does.
A personalised plan does.
This philosophy has been at the heart of my private programmes for years, and for the first time, I am bringing these principles into a free group setting through my 3-Day Strong Bones Masterclass.
My goal is not to give you another list of rules.
My goal is to help you think differently about bone health and begin building an approach that is both evidence-informed and relevant to your unique circumstances.
