🥗 My High-Protein Kuku Sabzi:

Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks + 8 egg whites
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup each: cilantro, parsley, chopped
- ½ cup dill, chopped
- 4 spring onions / red onions chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt

**Instructions:**

- Pan method: Spray non-stick pan with Fry Light, pour mixture, cover, cook on low 8–10 min. Flip or grill to brown.
- Oven method: Pour into lined baking dish, bake 20–25 min until golden.

💚 Serve with Greek yogurt or chopped walnuts.

Per serving: 170 calories, 15g protein

Looking for a perfect fitness & diet plan?

Have you tried various plans, made some progress but couldn’t sustain it?
