Saturday morning yoga at 9.15 am. Tomorrow we will practice the 7th chakra set to connect us to our higher self, and to the cosmic energy that inspires our intuition and trust in ourselves.

Come along to yoga ! Great start to the weekend …welcome in Spring! Spring Equinox is Wednesday 20th March when the daylight and night darkness are 12 hours each. From Wednesday to mid June we have more sunlight hours and increased possibilities of growth and transformation. Let’s plant the seeds for abundance and joy!!

Come to kundalini yoga at 9.15 am Saturday mornings. Tomorrow we will do the 3rd chakra sequence. Situated around the navel area this chakra relates to our personal power and willpower. When energy is released around this chakra we gain more clarity and confidence, are able to be more effective in the world and move towards achieving our goals. Look forward to seeing you there!!
