Hi, my name is Gabor and fitness wasn`t part of my life for a long time, but it has become my passion about 10 years ago.

My qualification covers the following areas: Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, T3 Coach (HIIT Instructor), Circuit Instructor, Group Indoor Cycling Instructor, Outdoor Fitness, Sports Conditioning, Exercise Referral, Body fx Coach (nutrition) I`ve been training and improving myself since then and gained Level 3 Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer Specialist qualification in 2020.
