STRUGGLING FOR TIME TO WORK OUT? WANT TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE TIME YOU HAVE?
Here are some points on how to optimise working out when short of time:
#1 Use compound moves
#2 Keep reps between 4-6 and 2-3 sets
#3 Perform with full ROM
#4 Increase weight every 3-5 weeks
#5 Make sure technique is correct abs appropriate
