It sounds counterintuitive, but it's true. You see, it's all about calories in versus calories out. π’
If you consume more calories than you burn, then you will gain weight.
And surprisingly, healthy foods can actually contain a lot of calories.
For example, a single avocado contains 150-200 calories. And a single serving of nuts can have over 500 calories. π₯π₯
So if you're not careful, you can easily consume too many calories from healthy foods... And gain weight! π€·ββοΈ
Of course, this doesn't mean that you should avoid healthy foods altogether. But it does mean that you need to be aware of how much food you're consuming!

π±π Before working with me Sophie was doing her own workouts but without any structure or progression to her training. She had set her own macros but wasn't following through with it because she lacked the accountability and assurance that she was on the right path.
Sophie knew what to do, but she lacked the structure and accountability she needed to get results.
