Hi everyone!

Happy Easter and hope you’re having a lovely weekend so far.

I now have space for some new clients and would love to fill those with some lovely new faces in the area. I offer:

- Parent/Baby Small Group Fitness
- Parent/Baby General Fitness (‘Tots & Tone’)
- 1:1 Personal Training
- 2:1 Personal Training
- Circuits
- Weight Training
- Online Personal Training (with the option to add in-person sessions into the deal)

I have built a very strong client base in the area over the last year and a half but I know there are still some ladies, in particular, in the area that would like some training but have been scared to take the plunge. You can rest assured you’ll get a friendly face and a positive environment from my sessions alongside constant support in your fitness journey, if you so wish.
