WHY DIETS SUCK👉🏻 Enjoy!

🔹Stimulates more appetite
🔹Increase binges and cravings
🔹We store more fat- not eating enough sends our body into survival mode!
🔹Unable to feel hunger/fullness
🔹More abdominal fat storage after every failed diet, which is inevitable because no one wants to spend their whole life on a diet

Diet = FAILURE
Enjoyable healthy habits= SUCCESS

☹️😞☹️😞 I’m useless at this⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I used to say this ALL the time! If I ate McDonald’s, chocolate, sweets, BREAD, I’d have to give up my ‘diet’ and binge for the rest of the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Until I discovered how to REALLY master my body and master my emotions! After implementing my Programme Rewiring Methodology I’m now able to eat fries and burgers WITHOUT feeling guilty and instead feeling SATISFIED! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No more exercising to burn it off, no more shame and guilt, no more self destructive thoughts that reduce my self confidence to the size of a peanut, no more restriction-binge cycles, no more banning myself of food to make up for what I just ate, no more constant scale checking.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Our internal world directly influences our external world. When I first heard this I didn’t understand it at all...

When we’re hurting on the inside, trying to avoid a certain emotion or circumstance, the hurt we feel within will carry out into the world around us. We do everything in our power to make our internal reality visible on the outside- we may hurt others, cause physical damage to things, self sabotage, binge eat... the list goes on.

The good new is, this isn’t the only way to deal with your emotions. In fact, doing the above is only masking the problem!

We just want to feel confident and happy in our body, we don’t really want the pain or stress of dieting but it seems like the only way, right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The moment you’re not allowed to eat something, it becomes the thing you CRAVE. The moment you eat a ‘forbidden food’, that’s when overeating takes place. It’s a scientific proven fact⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

“I’ve already broken my diet for today so I might as well binge on everything else I’ve restricted myself of all week”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is one of the main reason for last supper eating- when you think you’re never going to eat the foods you love again and so binge on them all before your ‘diet’. This was ME AF. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

All for what? The same binge-repeat cycle... Restriction isn’t the answer, it never will be.
Answer? Balanced lifestyle 💚⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The truth is that none of what’s happened to you defines you, the thoughts you think don’t define you, the emotions that trigger certain behaviours don’t define you, the way someone else makes you feel doesn’t define you, your mistakes don’t define you, heck... even your success doesn’t define you⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🔹Think of yourself as the ocean!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Waves= Your thoughts, emotions, actions, your life situation, conditioned beliefs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The waves may get stormy, they may get completely uncontrollable at times, they may feel too powerful to tame, but you’re not the wave, you’re the OCEON- the ocean doesn’t identify itself as a surface level wave⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
