Hi everyone we have self-defence classes starting tomorrow for kids!
Courses are run by George, an experienced trainer with over 40 years of expertise using various self-defence instructors qualifications: Urban Krav Maga instructor, Safe Guarding Officer and DBS Qualified bodyguard, as well as martial arts.
If your child has any specific needs, these can be accommodated for but please let us know prior via email.

This is a gentle but still challenging class specifically designed to improve balance and flexibility, as well as assist in rehabilitation from injury or surgery. If you have back pain, a knee injury, hip replacements, or a shoulder impingement, this is the class for you!

Followed by Pilates & Low-Pressure Fitness for Mums & Babies - specifically designed for the postnatal period bearing in mind all the physical changes that pregnancy brings to your body.

In time, meditation affords us a clearer perspective on life, allowing us to better see healthy and unhealthy patterns or boundaries. Another benefit is that, by better understanding how the mind works, we can learn to be less reactive and handle stressful situations better.
To achieve this goal we need to be mindful! Mindfulness can bring us back into balance by acting as a bridge between work and life. Mindfulness improves focus and concentration, which supports efficiency at work, and also deepens compassion and connection, which allows you to fully engage in personal time.
