New YouTube flow just in time for the weekend is now live β¨
Itβs a feel-good 60 minutes flow for tight hips. As usual, we will be starting with grounding mindfulness meditation to reconnect with the body and mind. Then weβll move on to the physical practice which gently opens up tight hips and builds strength in the lower body.
