Our early morning clients had a real treat today - beautiful autumn sunshine and crisp, fresh air. As we nudge closer to winter it becomes even more important to get outside when we can. We have weekday slots available around the middle of the day, so get in touch if you’d like to make the most of your lunch break, get outdoors and get some vitamin D.
