🍰 It wasn’t planned 🍰
I ate some cake last night... it wasn’t planned and it definitely didn’t fit my macros, BUT I enjoyed it so much and You know what, I didn’t feel guilty about it.
Here me out👇🏻
If your goal is to loose weight and you doing flexible dieting going over your calories once in a while is only human!
Here is what to do about it:
✅ Enjoy it
✅ Get back on track (consistency is 🔑)
✅ You won’t put the weight back because you had a cake you enjoyed!
I really believe that there is no good or bad food, You can enjoy everything in moderation 😋

I’ve always been told that I can’t achieve a leaner physique “as I wasn’t born to be like that. People who were the closest to me always said that I can’t have a lower body fat because it’s not in my 🧬.
It took me years to get to where I’m now, and I couldn’t be happier💕.
