1% better everyday.
You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to make massive changes overnight. You just need to keep showing up and improving, one step at a time.
Those small improvements add up. Stay consistent, trust the process, and let time do the rest.

Proudly sponsoring Drew Allwood in his debut season for ⚽️
It was a massive highlight of my year last year working with Drew after a brutal ACL injury and I saw all the highs and lows of his recovery. So I know how much it means to him to be out on the pitch again getting good minutes and plenty of goals.
All the best Drew, league top goal scorer please🎯

Zone 2 training is arguably the single most important type of training for building an aerobic engine. For endurance athletes it lays the foundation that almost everything else depends on.
It’s an easy, sustainable intensity where you can still hold a conversation, and it improves your body’s ability to use oxygen efficiently.
While high-intensity training makes you faster, Zone 2 builds the aerobic engine that allows you to recover quicker, train more consistently, and perform better over time.
Don’t neglect the boring work📈

A week away in ibiza reminded me of something I think we all need to hear more often. Balance isn’t the enemy of progress.
I train hard, I stick to my routine, and I genuinely love what I do. But taking a week to switch off, make memories, and enjoy life isn’t going to undo all the hard work!
If anything, it’s done the opposite.
Stepping away has relit the fire. It’s reminded me why I love the fitness and how good it makes me feel when I’m locked in.
Fitness should add to your life, not take you away from living it. The holidays, the memories, the laughs are just as important as the sessions in the gym.
Same half marathon course, 2 years apart.
Proof that consistency and hard work actually works.
Stay true to your goals, be patient, trust that your effort is going to pay off.
