And this is just the beginning for Ellie! Those first few weeks weren’t about perfection, they were about building momentum.
And since then she’s continued to make even more progress 👀
This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start doing things properly. 🙌

So proud of Ellie 🫶 This was our first PT session together back in January and you won’t believe how far she has come since then! Not just with her fat loss and strength, but her confidence too 💪🏻
We meet every couple of months for a PT session alongside online coaching to:

✔ Build confidence in new training phases
✔ Keep things enjoyable & motivating
Because my coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s tailored to YOU.

From gym fear to gym confident 🙌👑
Clare is proof that sometimes all you need is the right guidance, a bit of structure, and someone in your corner.
When we started, the gym felt intimidating. The machines, the layout, the “what if I’m doing it wrong?” thoughts. So we stripped it back, learned the equipment properly, nailed her form, built a plan that made sense, and focused on small wins each week. 💪🏻

Confession… 👇
Hosting events are scary:
It’s easier to stay behind a screen.
It’s safer to “just post workouts.”
It’s comfortable to play small.
But I don’t want to build a comfortable community. I want to build a disciplined one. 💪🏻
The kind where women:
Show up on cold mornings.
Run even when they don’t feel like it.
Set goals and actually follow through 🙌

40 days… 👇
You don’t have to be religious to use this as a reset. Lent = 40 days to challenge yourself.
40 days to be consistent.
40 days to give your health that extra push 🙌
And you don’t need to give something up and restrict.
You can choose to ADD something in, that’s what I’m doing.
Something realistic.
Something you know you could be better at.
Something that, if you stuck to it for 40 days, would genuinely move you closer to your goals 💪🏻
For me, I’m committing to:
✨ 2.5-3L water daily
✨ A protein shake + my creatine collagen drink
✨ 8-10k steps EVERY day
Nothing extreme. Just disciplined and consistent.
Because big results don’t come from one perfect week, they come from stacking small promises to yourself.

Doctor said it could take up to 4 weeks to fully recover. 😔
And honestly? I’ve cried about it. Because this isn’t just a race to me. Right now I feel behind, unprepared and a bit scared.
But here’s the truth no one likes to hear:
You can’t bully your body into performing.
Overtraining now would only delay me more. So I’m listening and resting. Once I’m better I’ll start training again and show up with whatever fitness I have on the day. And that is enough.
Fingers crossed I recover soon 🤞But either way, I’m choosing long-term strength over short-term ego. And I will be so proud to complete my first ever marathon, even if it is slower or not as planned as I once thought.
