Birth Prep Exercises:
1. Hinges: opening the sacrum, needed for pushing.
2. Hug the baby using a band: training deep core muscles, needed to aid pushing and prevent bigger diastasis
3. Open leg squats: helps opening up the pelvis for better head engagement.
Post baby feeding exercises to correct your posture post breast or bottle feeding. Suitable for pregnant and people sitting for long periods of time. My gorgeous model is professional actress and ballerina 💖
