Right… I think it’s important to be a realist in life… so I joined up with the team to embark on my own personal journey back to full fitness. 6am sessions every morning tho don’t appear to be doing me any favours judging by this feedback from a former Gaffer. Personally tho, I think I look no bad in a bow tie. - Sorry lads… I’m obviously not a great advert for your Body Transformation Package! 🤣

Thanks to everyone who took the time last week to share some experiences, tips and guidance with me. It’s appreciated.
Today is the start of another chapter into a new arena where I’m really proud to become a Director of one of Scotland’s Football Institutions, Hamilton Academical Football Club Limited.
What I have realised however is that I’m simply not very content at standing still, which I hope will prove to be an asset being involved in the world of football.
