🚀Fast Bowling-Developing Arm Speed & Completing The Action⬇️⬇️⬇️

🧠The kneeling drill is designed to isolate upper body sequencing, trunk rotation, front-arm mechanics and force transfer without the distraction of the run up or lower body compensation.

🎥In this reel we show you how to perform the drill and its transition to an upright action with key biomechanics✅️

🗣Key Coaching Cues:

1. Stay Tall: Don’t collapse sideways.
👉Head over hips

2. Strong Front Arm:
Pull the non-bowling arm down aggressively.
👉Rip the front elbow into your pocket

3. Rotate Around a Stable Spine:
You want controlled rotation, not falling away.
👉Rotate, don’t spin out

4. Fast Arm, Relaxed Hand:
Arm speed matters more than muscling the ball.
👉Whip, don’t push

5. Finish Over Front Side:
Chest and bowling shoulder should travel through target.
👉Nose over front knee

🚨Common Mistakes:

❌ Leaning away
▫️Causes loss of force transfer.

❌ Pushing the ball
▫️You want whip and sequencing.

❌ No front-arm action
▫️Kills trunk speed.

❌ Sitting back on heel
▫️Stay athletic and forward.

🧠The back-foot punch in cricket is a clean, controlled scoring shot—perfect against pace when the ball is short of a good length, usually outside off stump

🔶️In this reel is a clear step-by-step technical breakdown, followed by key pro tips to take your game to the next level.

🗣Common Errors & Fixes:

1. ❌ Late back-foot movement

🤔Problem: You get stuck on the crease and jab at the ball.

✅️Fix: Move early and deep. As soon as you read back-of-a-length, push your back foot across and back.

2. ❌ Reaching away from the body

🤔Problem: Edges to gully or slips.

✅️Fix: Keep your hands close to the body and play the ball under your eyes, not at arm’s length.

3. ❌ Hitting too hard

🤔Problem: Loss of control, aerial shots.

✅️Fix: Think “punch, not push or hit.” Let the bowler’s pace do the work—soft hands.

4. ❌ Falling over to the off side

🤔Problem: Balance goes, ball goes in the air.

✅️Fix: Keep your head still and inside the line of the ball. Finish tall, not leaning.

🎯FAST BOWLING-NON BOWLING ARM ENGAGEMENT DRILL🔥

🤝Try this drill using 2 balls:

▫️One on each hand, release the non bowling arm ball first-extend the arm and reach out as far as possible.

▫️Release the other ball like you usually do when bowling it.

▫️Ensure both balls go forwards and hit the net ideally at eye level.
