Close to a year working with the big man we’ve opened an insane gym and created an amazing team and incredible culture!

Been a big dream of mine to move down to London and in a lucky spot to have achieved that and will be opening the new PureGym Shoreditch Exchange!

September is children's cancer awareness month and over at we're going to be doing a 120 mile cycle to raise money for the awareness in partnership with Morrisons - Evesham Community Champion

Young cancer patients face a 60 mile round trip, on average, to get treatment. This isn't by choice. Many young cancer patients have to travel to specialist cancer centers to get the care they need, they can't just go to their local hospital.
