Pre-season training is underway and we have some friendly matches lined up starting with a tough test away to Belstone FC on 24th July.
Our first team did well today in a friendly with North Greenford United who play a few leagues above us. After conceding to a well taken goal, Jack Todd put us level with a cross that eluded everyone including their keeper. NGU scored again almost after the restart but a great cross by Tom Thumb (O'Regan) was met by the prolific Ed Clements to level again.
Toddy was sent off for a second caution but the ten men of Brentham managed to hold out for a creditable draw.
Well done to all the lads who put a good shift in and many thanks to our hosts for giving us a good game and great hospitality. Just a shame about the weather.
