Stud my day, artist by night.
Believe it or not was really out of his comfort zone here.
He had no interest in shooting what so ever, but did it to allow me to showcase my work with him.
We have been training together for almost 4.5 months rarely taking a day off.
S**t loss was at an all time high a good few weeks before the shoot as we pushed kals super low.
I have to take responsibility for a few mistakes that where made on the day. I would argue he could of been in slightly better condition for these shots, but that’s on me.
I always try to create a vision past the shoot, map out and plan the next phase of training before we have even finished.
It’s time to get massive!

Booking a photoshoot is a great way to give you extra drive when it comes to your training and diet.
But it’s not for everyone.
Some do not hold any value to this at all
What’s really key 🔑 is to find a deeper purpose that keeps you coming back day after day and give it there all in training.
Here are some of the other reasons my clients stay on point day to day with their health and fitness.
👉Performance at work
When you find your purpose you have fuel that passion, structure training and eating provides you with the energy and focus to crush each day at work and out perform the completion.
👉They want to be an example to their kids.
Everybody knows young children take on board information from their surroundings like a sponge. If you want them to have a healthy and happy bright future leading by example is key.
👉Their old habits and lifestyle does not severe them.
New rituals, routines and habits provide them with an ability to nurture their own happiness independently of external sources.
👉Longevity
You can trust the 🧬 science - preserving the only body we have though good training and nutrition will increase the likelihood of a brighter, happier future, disease free and fully mobile.
👉Mental health
Exercise and nutrition done right can dampen the impact, if not solve many mood disorders such as anxiety or depression.
What ever your purpose understands your values and what turning up for yourself each day really means to you and your life.

Winner of her class in Bikini category at the Arnold Classics this busy mum of two is looking to make an impact in just 4 days time at the naturals this week.
She been competing since 2013 and has her sights set on getting her pro card this year.
