A year apart exactly! Proud of myself is an understatement 💪🏽 training and looking after my body really has become a new lifestyle for me . Mentally and physically I feel the healthiest I ve ever felt, can’t wait to keep training and continue this journey 💪🏽

Client transformation! So proud of for working so hard with her online training programme the last 8 weeks! 💙 Vicky’s goal was tone up and lose unwanted fat which she has definitely achieved!

Something I also wanted to add in this post is that Vicky’s weight has stayed the same in both pictures but her body composition has changed massively! This is a reminder for all the girls out there to not just focus on what the scales says but also how you feel physically and mentally 💙

Just a little reminder as we go into Easter weekend , RELAX ! Eat lots , drink lots and enjoy your self! 3 days isn’t going to set you back. I truly believe using times like this to give your self a mental reset and come back more motivated next week! This time last year 💙
My personal results all from ME. When I compared these two pictures this morning I felt so proud. Hard work really does pay off💪🏽

However the biggest difference I have seen is within myself mentally. I feel happier , more energised and I actually enjoy working out again! For sure we exercise for physical results however the change in yourself mentally should be your biggest achievement! Happy Friday everyone 💙

Hey Everyone, so today I wanted to talk about “consistency” and “trusting the process”. To my new clients and followers who are just starting training, you will probably see some good progress over a 4 week period. Eventually you will hit a “progress wall”. This is normal and will happen to EVERYONE! Muscle growth and fat loss hits a stool due to your body learning how to adapt. It is key 🔑 to trust the process and stick to your plan and training to continue to progress! We all doubt ourselves at times, some of us more than others but it is key to realise your progress may slow down but as you push through each session, you’re one step closer to your goal and dream body!!! Keep pushing friends and here’s to the new week ahead 🎯 ❤️

I love doing these posts because I want everyone to see how amazing my clients are ! Amy has lost 11 pounds in 8 weeks!

No restrictive diets just guidance patience and hard work ! All her hard work is down to herself no one else ! I tell all my clients it’s not just about the number on the scale it’s about how you feel within yourself physically and mentally. SWIPE LETT ! Angles , clothes and poses Never underestimate them!

Abit of a different post but recently I feel like social media has turnt into all about how many calories I eat a day to be in a deficit‘ and ‘ do this workout to look like this in 2 weeks ‘

I stopped comparing my self to others a while back and finally I feel like I am seeing results in my body! I now know my body is so different to other peoples I know my body may need MORE Calories than a influencer who is half my height and does last exercise than me! Results also take time rather than worrying about the number on the scale and how you look try to remember why you are doing this and that fitness should be fun and I promise the sooner you accept this you will feel better physically and mentally 💙

Finally the angles! Please don’t underestimate the angles these pictures show me pulling up with good posture and tensing compared to slouching and not having my shorts suck me in😂
