May came to me in the spring after struggling to maintain a healthy relationship with exercise and food, training on and off throughout lockdown and never really feeling like she'd made much progress.
We didn't focus on scale weight, measurements or numbers in particular, as this wasn't going to be in May's best interest. Instead we shifted that focus on to habit tracking, progress photos and performance based goals.
This helped May to make huge progress both physically and mentally without fixating on the little details that could impact her mindset.
Now, like May said, she doesn't feel overwhelmed with strength training. We've taught her how to build a manageable routine with strong habits that fit into her lifestyle and don't feel like a chore.

Iโm back! ๐บ๐ธ USA Photo Dump probably part 1!
We landed back in London yesterday morning, feeling a little tired and jet lagged, but so so grateful for the best 3 months working and travelling in America!
We spent two months working at a summer camp, empowering young girls, teaching them many many fun activities and making friends for life.
The next 4 weeks we travelling all the way from Vermont to Miami South Beach, stopping at Boston, Cape Cod, New York, Philadelphia and Miami. What an experience.๐๐
Thank you to for the endless candids and being the best travel buddy.
This summer has taught me to literally launch yourself at any opportunity and adventure, and to not take life so seriously!

Ladies, it's time to stop spending all your time on cardio, restricting food and always dieting. The Strength Society coaching programme is here to get girls looking and feeling strong as heck.
Maybe you've been trying to make changes for months, but it's the same vicious cycle that leads you to feeling frustrated, demotivated and confused on what to try next.
Getting leaner and building muscles takes time and dedication - I've done it myself before and I can guide you through it with evidence based programme, constant support and fun!
My coaching will not only take you through your journey to becoming stronger, leaner and 10x more confident, it'll educate you on the how's and why's behind why we do what we do.
I've been working hard whilst I've been away in the USA on creating a bigger and better coaching programme. It's not a 1 size fits all approach. It's an individual, bespoke programme built just for you and your personal goals.
This programme moves away from the typical online coaching approach of more exercise, less food and a basic gym programme.

This time next week, me and my partner Jon will be waking up in Vermont for the first time ๐บ๐ธ ready to start our new adventure ๐
Weโll be living and working at a summer camp in America for 3 months, then road tripping down the East Coast for 4 weeks ๐
Iโll be managing the horse riding programme at an all girls summer camp, something I took part in when I was a bit younger! Iโm so excited to go back and have a fun summer in the sun! โ๏ธ
My lovely online clients will be getting their check-ins from the side of a lake in the mountains of Vermont.
I wonโt be taking on any more clients until September. But, if youโre interested in coaching after the summer, please still get in touch.

No one single instance of you doing something is going to be life changing.
But if you show up daily to do that 1 thing, that is where the magic happens โจ
You going to the gym once, isnโt going to change your physical appearance.
But if you consistently go 3 times a week for most of the year, youโll see huge changes.
James Clear said something in his book Atomic Habits that has stuck with me.
โEvery action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.โ
When you do those small daily habits that seem mundane or unnecessary, try to think about that quote.
Those daily walks
Tracking your food
Getting up and taking your supplements
Laying out your workout clothes
Showing up to the gym
all of these small, seemingly mundane tasks, are actually you making a vote for your future self.
They will add up overtime until they are just part of your lifestyle.
They may seem small but they will have the biggest impact on your physical and mental health.
Only you can control your future. So you might as well make daily votes for yourself and make your future what you want it to be.
