Good news! It’s time to get practicing again!
State yoga teachers .gunn_lifestyle and are launching pop up classes in Highgate next week!
Join for pop up yoga classes starting this Monday 09:30-10:45 and Fridays 12:30-13:30.
Olivia Gunn will be teaching strength conditioning classes on Mondays 12:30 and Wednesdays 12:30.

The ‘Superpowers’ of Crystals 🌀💫

4:30-6:00pm
Join us and discover the magnificent world of crystals and their energetic properties for balancing your emotions and in general, the way you feel. In this session, we talk the different types of crystals, energy centres, ways to choose and work with the colourful stones. The session is offered to parents and children, as it creates a bridge of conversation on feelings, ways to express those and tools we can use, as crystals, to allow ourselves to feel. The session is interactive, you get engaged in the conversation as you learn practical ways to benefit of crystal ‘superpowers'.
date: Dec 29th
Cost: £75 for parent + child, and £30 or any additional child

There’s a chill in the air, the twinkly lights are up on the high street and December is just around the corner… are you starting to feel a little bit festive? ✨
We invite you to mark the festive season at our Christmas Fundraiser Class, a gorgeous flow led by State Owner Jess and followed by a festive drinks celebration 🍾
This is a donation-based class, with proceeds going to The Alexandra Wylie Tower Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting underprivileged young people and providing opportunities for them to engage in extra curricular activities.

Louise first tried yoga in her teens and has been hooked ever since. Now in her mid-forties, she finds it more valuable than ever - a grounding force that brings both physical and mental balance. She teaches vinyasa flow yoga, aiming to generate energy, strength and relaxation with a lightness and sense of fun. ☺️
