Having been training for 8 years now, it’s only in looking back at old photos when I truly see the actual progression and growth which I’ve made. Sometimes I can be hard to see when you are constantly looking at yourself daily in the mirror.

I’ve always have a certain level of sureness of self, however throughout my fitness journey I have definitely grown in confidence as well as physically.

All this to say, just keep going, you will get there and you’ll grow in confidence as you do!

Believe you are great because you are great and you will do great things!

Thursday thirst of September has come around so quick. And to think this time last week I was on a n**e beach!
