The Goddess pose is just one of the poses that are unique to Kemetic Yoga™. We introduced this for the first time yesterday in our Tuesday evening Kemetic (African) Yoga class at in Barking and these ladies did an excellent job embracing the energy of the pose.

We are also happy to announce that we will be running these classes every Tuesday 8-9pm for another 6 weeks up to and including 28th November.

Our Kemetic Yoga for beginners classes with Lee have been going really well. Our new students are loving their new self healing journey.

The classes have a perfect balance of both masculine and feminine energy and attract an equal number of male and female attendees.

There are still some places left if you and/or a friend or family members are interested in giving it a go. DM for more info or to book a class.

We have Tuesday evening 8-9pm classes at Boathouse Studios, Barking but will also we doing classes/ workshops in South and North London in the next couple of months.

Excellent day yesterday at .e1 with the crew. Black men leading the way and breaking the mould of what Yoga looks like in the UK. Making history and starting the movement 🙏🏾👊🏾

A very dynamic and rhythmic Afrikan Yoga session lead by followed by a liberating workshop.

We are super excited to be presenting a Kemetic Yoga™ workshop at the on 13th October at Alexandra Palace from 11:30am to 12:00pm.

If you are attending the you can find us in the Chakra Open Class area where you will be able to access this taster session for free. Operating on a first come first serve basis, just bring your own mat.

Cobi will also be presenting another class later in the day at 4:45pm so be sure to join us there for the day.

The London is excellent for all things Yoga and the biggest Yoga gathering in Europe, we highly recommend it.
