For years, women have avoided lifting weights because most weight based gyms are intimidating and weâve been fear mongered into believing weâll âget bulkyâ.
In reality, muscle protects us from aging, makes our skin less wrinkled, helps us feel energised and stabilises our weight so we have the freedom of mind to focus on what really matters in life.
