We are very thankful to have a bunch of absolutely amazing clients, all smashing their sessions and working towards being fitter, happier and healthier every day!

If you're getting bored of the same old cardio routine, switch it up and give this a go!

There's no right or wrong way to do this. You can do exactly as it says in the post above, or you can time yourself for 20 minutes with a certain weight and see how far you get or you can even go all out and do a marathon if you like. Either way, don't hurt yourself and take it easy at first.

Most importantly - get up and get moving. This is just a great way to do so! 💪🏼

2. Eat protein and fiber-rich foods: Protein and fiber help keep you feeling full for longer periods of time, reducing the likelihood of hunger cravings.

3. Get Enough Sleep: Lack of sleep can lead to hormonal imbalances that cause an increase in appetite and food cravings. So, make sure to get enough sleep (7-8 hours a night) to reduce hunger cravings.

BUTT-WINK 😉

What is it?
Butt-wink is what happens at the bottom of your squat when the bottom of your hips tilt underneath your body causing your lower back to round (posterior hip/pelvic tilt)
-
How do I fix this?
* Firstly, the cause of the issue may be hamstring and/or ankle inflexibility. So it would be a good idea to work on improving your flexibility in these areas (the posterior chain) in order to squat properly.
* Something you can do in the mean time (whilst you work on flexibility!!!) is simply elevate your heels with a weight plate under each foot. This will help you keep your back flat and not round your hips. Personally I find this much more comfortable anyway and it also helps a lot with being able to get deep into your squat and work your muscles in a full range of motion.
