What is intermittent after? 🤔

What should you eat for breakfast? 🤔
As with other meals, try to eat a wide variety of foods, including:

✅ fruit
✅ vegetables
✅ grains (make at least half the whole grains)
✅ protein (meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dried beans, nuts and seeds)
✅ dairy products (skimmed or skimmed milk, cheese and yoghurt)

Breakfast ideas: 🥗

10 tips for healthy eating 👇

✅ Choose good carbohydrates. Whole grain products are the best choice.

In the summer season, the appetites are certainly lower than in autumn, winter and spring. This is perfectly understandable and normal - in summer the body does not need that much energy to heat organs and tissues. 😎
