And I am so grateful for every single bit of it.

And somewhere in Sicily, eating fried fish and drinking white wine in the sunshine this weekend...

It became very clear.

I have been evolving for several years.

And the best bit hasn’t happened yet.

I never heard the words “mental health” in this industry when I was younger, you just kept going, till you couldn’t no more.

And I’ve lost loved ones to this industry.

But you know more now and knowing more means you do more.
