💫 It Was Always A Terrible Brand Name... 💫

This brand evolution is boring the life out of me but we are nearly there!

QAB Leadership... you were the worst brand name ever.😆😆😆

AND you were the opportunity to build myself back up.

Build a beautiful world and community.

And do something purposeful, that I so so believe in for this industry I love.

But the brand was always me.

And now it’s time to step fully into that.

To my family and friends who never doubted me, who believed in me more than I believed in myself... and to everyone who has become the most amazing friends, colleagues, and community over the last four years.

Thank you so much.

QAB I will be eternally grateful to you….but it’s time.

💫 I Didn’t Plan Any Of This. 💫

And yet.

27 years in hospitality gave me the world.

Countries I never imagined I would live and work in.

Experiences that filled me up in ways I never expected.

People who changed everything for me.

And I am so grateful for every single bit of it.

And somewhere in Sicily, eating fried fish and drinking white w**e in the sunshine this weekend...

It became very clear.

I have been evolving for several years.

And the best bit hasn’t happened yet.

Are we ready?

The good old days, the ones you romance about.

But the past hid so much.

I never heard the words “mental health” in this industry when I was younger, you just kept going, till you couldn’t no more.

And I’ve lost loved ones to this industry.

But you know more now and knowing more means you do more.
