With experience across hospitality and events, Chloe brings a people-first approach and a natural focus on creating spaces where guests feel comfortable, welcomed and part of the atmosphere. Her passion lies in supporting teams and helping deliver experiences that keep people coming back.

“I come from a strong background in hospitality and events, and creating welcoming spaces and memorable experiences has always been at the heart of what I do. I enjoy building positive environments, supporting great teams, and helping shape places where people genuinely enjoy spending their time.

I’ve always loved sport, both watching and playing, and padel has quickly become a favourite. While I’m still very much a beginner, it’s the social nature of the game and the way it brings people together that really drew me in.

Being part of the team at Padium Cardiff allows me to combine my experience with my passion for sport, and I’m excited to help create an inclusive, energetic, and premium padel environment.”

THIS IS US - Victoria Miller, our new Club Manager at our soon-to-be-open Padium Cardiff.

Victoria brings a strong background in leisure club management, with a clear focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering outstanding member experiences. She thrives on the energy of the sport and leisure industry and is passionate about building communities that are welcoming, inclusive, and driven by connection.

“As padel continues to grow, I’m excited to be part of this journey and to bring the premium Padium experience to my home city of Cardiff. Working closely with the team, my focus is on creating an environment where players of all abilities feel supported, inspired, and proud to be part of the club.”
